Code of Conduct 

1. Introduction

This Code of Conduct sets out the ethical guidelines and expectations for all employees, suppliers, and partners of Sourcing & Co. We are committed to conducting our business with integrity, fairness, and professionalism, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.​

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All employees, suppliers, and partners must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to labour, health and safety, environmental protection, data protection, and anti-bribery and corruption.

3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Sourcing & Co has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. All employees, suppliers, and partners must not offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive, or accept any bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments or benefits in any form, whether directly or indirectly, to or from any person or organization.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Employees, suppliers, and partners must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict or appear to conflict with the interests of Sourcing & Co. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly to the management.

5. Fair Competition

Sourcing & Co is committed to conducting its business in a fair and competitive manner. All employees, suppliers, and partners must comply with applicable competition and antitrust laws and must not engage in any anti-competitive practices.

6. Labour Practices

Sourcing & Co is committed to respecting the rights of all workers and promoting fair labour practices. All employees, suppliers, and partners must ensure that they provide a safe and healthy working environment, pay fair wages, do not use forced or child labour, and comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

7. Environmental Management

Sourcing & Co is committed to minimizing its environmental impact and ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations. All employees, suppliers, and partners must take steps to minimize their environmental impact and promote sustainability in their operations.

8. Respect and Diversity

Sourcing & Co is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, free from discrimination, harassment, and victimization. All employees, suppliers, and partners must treat others with respect and dignity and ensure that their actions do not contribute to any form of discrimination, harassment, or victimization.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Employees, suppliers, and partners must protect confidential information and personal data, ensuring that it is used, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

10. Reporting Violations

Employees, suppliers, and partners must report any actual or suspected violations of this Code of Conduct to Sourcing & Co management. Sourcing & Co is committed to ensuring that those who report violations in good faith are protected from any form of retaliation.

This Code of Conduct is not exhaustive, and additional policies and guidelines may apply. All employees, suppliers, and partners are expected to adhere to the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct and to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
